they should make cars like this today and don’t tell me about safety cause at a 100mph it don’t matter but a car like that you might just want to drive slow and enjoy the sound of the engine

“Finest Head-in valve engine”, how Chevy thought they could get away with putting the tired Chevy stovebolt six in this mated to a TWO speed automatic an and call it a sports car is still the funniest joke of the 50’s…its a wonder the car sold at all and no wonder the T-Bird walked all over it the first few years it was out.

One of my professors during my studies in Strasbourg drove such a Corvette. It was so beautiful but I never had enough money to own one

There’s still time but I do think they’re somewhat more expensive today. On a slightly different subject — it was, and still is, very unusual to see a Corvette in France. Must have been an interesting professor.

Someone commented that they couldn’t afford a Corvette. Do some research. Took me a while, but at age 62, I got my first one. A used one, but in excellent shape. 2001. I can be done… and more importantly…It SHOULD be done! Better than I had anticipated!
